Labor card Renewal

With the Tasheel labor card renewal process you can never forget timely renewals and thus live tension-free. It involves the renewal of labor cards of currently working employees and comes into the services under the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). It is usually for a period of 2 years that contracts are drawn and on the expiry of the contracts an employee who is working inside is expected to renew the same within one month’s time.

New Job offer letter

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) is a third party in every employment that happens in the UAE. Hence a job offer letter is created with a detailed exposition of the terms and conditions between the employee and employer with MOHRE as the third party. Labor computer card opening

An application under the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) in which every company has to register to function in the UAE. Labor contract submission

It is only after completing the above processes that the submission of labor contract submission happens. A person with a degree or above certificate can submit the labor contract application from Tasheel. If the person doesn’t hold the necessary educational qualification he or she needs to attend a training section in Tawjeeh Centre and submit an application there. A labor card aspirant can submit this only when he has changed his status. And the offer letter has a validity of 60 days to change status and then a 60 days addition is provided to stamp the visa. So this forms a core part of the services to complete labor card application.

Pro Card Labor

In the absence of the company’s owner, the labor-related works need to go on unhindered. So an employee of the company who usually holds the post of Public Relations Officer(PRO) is given a Pro card labor which authorizes him or her to carry out the tasks associated with the labor. And this card has no expiry date and is valid as long as the person is a valid UAE resident.
